For The Steaks:
4 small sirloin steaks (approx 200 g each)
3 shallots
100 g chestnut mushrooms
1 knob butter
1 garlic clove
Worsestershite sauce (to taste)
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
50 ml brandy
200 single cream
1 small handful fresh flat leaf parsley
For The Peas:
300 g peas
30 g butter
