Short excerpt from a dance for rooting energy into the four directions, sending blessings and healing to the entire earth. This dance also invokes the elements; grounding into the earth, washing our minds, hearts and bodies with the water, dissolving into the air and generating fire from the core of our being transforming it into a healing light.
