SHAWARMA DOUGH
.2 cups white flour
.1 tsp yeast
.1/2 tsp salt
.1 tsp sugar
.Mix all the dry ingredients
.Then, add a mixture of
-half cup warm milk
-little warm water
.Mix together, knead the dough, and add in oil until dough is not sticky
.Cover with cling wrap and store for approximately 15 to 30 minutes
SHAWARMA CHICKEN FILLING
.add 800g of chopped/cubed chicken fillet into the pan.add ½ tsp ginger/garlic paste, 2 tsp crushed red chilies, halftsp dhania powder,1 tsp black pepper powder,2 tbsp chickenTikka masala,half tsp salt[optional/according to your taste]mix and then cover over with a lid to allow chicken water to dryand cook
.after cooked properly, add 2 tbsp oil,mix
SHAWARMA SAUCE
.4 tbsp mayonnaise
.4 tsp hot sauce
.1 tbsp maggi sauce
.1 tsp red chilies crushed
SHAWARMA SALAD/KACHUMBAR
.cut tomato, cucumber, and crate carrots.add black pepper and vinegar
MAKING THE SHAWARMA TORTILA/ROTI
.Take a dough ball and flatten it slightly with your pal, Then dip it into the small bowl of prepared flour so that the sides are lightly dusted with flour. Start rolling the roti evenly round and then place on tawa/pan and cook. By pressing the roti with a cloth or spatula. Cook on one side for 40 to 50 seconds until there is light bubbling and browning. Flip and cook for another 15 seconds, then remove from the pan
ASEMBLING OF THE SHAWARMA
.Take the roti/tortila and add sauce on top.place chicken,salad, and sauce of your choice,roll.heat on a pan, and then cut.serve
.makee about 12 shawarmas
