Hello my Friends!

Today I am making a Cobbler that has 3 types of Berries and is the Best Berry Cobbler you're ever had....Perfect Summer Dessert and it will be great for Family Reunions, BBQs, and other events! And the best part...It is Quick and Easy!!!!!!!

Filling

1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter

Crust

1 1/2 cups self rising flour
1 cup white sugar
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract

Cook's Note: You can use all purpose Flour but add 1/2 tsp salt and 2 tsp baking powder.

Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees

In a 9x13 inch baking dish, add butter and melt in the Oven...Set aside. For Berries Filling: In a medium bowl, add berries, lemon juice, and sugar....Stir until well combined like a syrup and set aside. For Crust: In a large bowl, add flour and sugar, whisk together. Then add half of the evaporated milk and whisk....Than add the rest, vanilla, and lemon extract. Whisk until well incorporated. Pour Batter on top of melted butter then add Berries and Syrup (Do not stir the Berries In the Crust). Bake for 45 Minutes until the crust is light golden brown. Remove from Oven and cool for 10 Minutes....Serve with Vanilla Ice Cream.
