Follow along and practice the set of movements as much as you need. Then sequence the movements together to formulate a flow.
Locomotion combines a wide range of dynamic exercises and ground-based movement combinations that are grouped into six components. The practice of locomotion challenges motor learning and brain-body connection. There is great carry over with this into whatever training discipline or sport you already practice! The result is a fun, playful and challenging workout emphasizing multi-planar, fluid movement.
