Hey again, here's a recreation of the 2005 Wand ID featuring Maggie Pesky from the Disney Channel Original Series, "The Buzz on Maggie". So, I believe this Wand ID was used on June 17, 2005 (but the sneak peek of the show uses the "Paper Boy" bumper on June 10th) to September 13, 2008.

Plus, I used Maggie's vocal effects (luckily, she is voiced by Jessica DiCicco) and the bumper's music (entitled "Hold Your Wands!").
