I have used micro skagit tactics on small streams for awhile and they have proven to be the most effective way to fish streamers in tight quarters. I have talked about this a few times on my channel and finally had the opportunity to fly fish with this method. It works in very tight streams as well as open rivers. It is very versatile and yes, HIGHLY effective.

I used a pile of flies in this video but the ones that really worked are:
Wood Special Size 10
A Secret Fly Pattern I am still testing(so deadly) in size 12
All of these are sizes are streamer 3X Long hooks.
