धमाल चार दोस्तों की कहानी है जो जल्दी अमीर बनो वायरस से पीड़ित हैं। उनकी किस्मत तब बदल जाती है जब वे गलती से एक शिकार से टकरा जाते हैं जो उन्हें एक छिपे हुए खजाने के बारे में बताता है जो उन्हें 10 करोड़ रुपये सहित गोवा में छिपे खजाने के बारे में बताता है। ठेकेदारों की चोरी की कार में गोवा की ओर समूह की दौड़ यह जानते हुए भी कि उनकी योजना जल्द ही पुलिस इंस्पेक्टर कबीर नायक - संजय दत्त द्वारा प्रफुल्लित रूप से विफल कर दी जाएगी।
