После вдоха пациент берет в рот трубочку и проводит выдувание воздуха в трубочку или всасывание воздуха из этой трубочки. И одновременно отпускает предварительно сжатый упругий баллон, присоединенный к одной из ноздрей, при закрытой другой ноздре. При достижении необходимого ПРОЛОНГИРОВАННОГО отрицательного давления в полости носа пациент делает глоток. Происходит дренирование, очищение слуховых труб, среднего уха с двух сторон.
Способ может быть применен при закупорке слуховой трубы, тубоотите, евстахеите, гнойном отите, остром среднеим отите, экссудативном отите, секреторном отите и, и др. Быстрое снятие боли при остром среднем отите.
При дренировании носа и его придаточных пазух – процедура проводится без глотка.
