Soulfly are an American heavy metal band from Phoenix, Arizona formed in 1997. Led by founder, frontman, songwriter and ONLY constant member Max Cavalera (formerly of Brazilian Metal band SEPULTURA). As of 2007, the band has released 5 studio albums, one tour EP, and one DVD.
