Trust me, I baked through many many recipes that went in trash before this recipe became a smash hit in my house! This yeast-risen keto bread recipe is as close to regular bread as you will ever get!
I use my Stand Mixer for this recipe. It is of course possible to knead the dough by hand as well, just know that this will take longer.
Ingredients:
• 1 cup water
• 1 Tbsp instant yeast
• 1 tsp. raw local honey
• 4 Tbsp. Powdered Monk Fruit
• 2 eggs, slightly beaten
• 1/2 cup oat fiber
• 2/3 cup ground golden flax meal
• 1 1/4 cup vital wheat gluten
• 1/2 tsp. xanthan gum
• 1 tsp Redmond's Sea Salt
• 2 Tbsp grass-fed butter butter

I got 20 slices from this loaf of bread.
Each slice comes out to 65 calories, 3g fat, 2g net carbs and 7g protein.
