Best Spanish Restaurant Manila: Bar Pintos Bonifacio Global City Taguig. Bar Pintxos is one of the best Spanish Restaurants in Manila first opened in 2015 by Tinchu Gonzalez and Miguel Vecin in Alabang. Their concept is to serve the traditional Pintxos or small finger foods served at bars and taverns throughout the Basque Region of Northern Spain made with the highest quality ingredients in a casual dining atmosphere. Pintxos are quintessential Basque and form the backbone of the local food culture especially in San Sebastian. Bar Pintxos takes pride in making their own Chorizo or spicy sausage but import majority of their ingredients including Paprika to ensure the authenticity of their dishes. Tonight we check out their newest Branch at BGC opened in December 2016. For refreshments they have an excellent selection of beer, cava and wine. From their menu we would highly recommend the Boquerones, Jamon Allioli Pintxos, Gambas Al Ajillo, Chopito Frito, Pulpo A La Gallega, Patatas Bravas.
