Rundown: State weather bureau PAGASA says the low pressure area located east of extreme northern Luzon has entered the Philippine area of responsibility, but is not seen to affect the country and has a slim chance of developing into a tropical depression. Generally warm and humid weather conditions is expected over the country, with possibility of isolated rainshowers.
