In the beginning of 2018 I wondered which character could finish Jigglypuff's Target Test, after that the idea for this video was born.
This is my secret project I've been working on in 2018 here and then. I finally took the time to make this compilation after already finishing the records in summer 2018.
15 of 25 Characters can complete Jigglypuff's Target Test
Some routes will seem circuitous, but they are probably the only way to finish the Stage with that character.
