The principle of the cutting machine:
The rotary hob type uses a continuously rotating drum cutter disc. According to a certain position and direction slope, the direction of the blade is the direction of rotation of the rotary cutter disc. With a one-piece fixed straight blade, the two cutters are very compact and fit together. The continuously rotating multi-blade cutters automatically press and cut the raw materials sent from the feeding system, and then automatically transport them out of the shearing system through the conveyor belt.
In the material feeding system, it uses parallel uniform conveyor belts of different lengths. There are two pairs of relatively rotating self-sliding pressure-adjusting rollers at the front end of the blade to clamp the material. In normal production, the material can be conveniently placed on the conveyor belt continuously and flatly, and automatically fed into the pressing device and the shearing tool at a uniform speed to complete the shearing. After shearing, the material falls into the output belt along the direction of the outlet and is sent out.
The selection of waste cloth cutting machine should basically be based on the shape, style, length and output of the raw materials. The guillotine type cutting machine uses a pair of blades that move linearly in a vertical plane direction, synchronously driving the feed guide roller of the feeding device to feed the cut tow into the cutting port, and uses a stopper to fix the required cutting length to complete the cutting work.
Features:
(1) The equipment structure is simple, and the adjustment range of the cutting length is wide (the shortest can even reach 0.1mm);
(2) The requirements for the cut tow are not high, and materials of various specifications and forms, even various types of scraps, can be processed.

Parallel blade cutting
That is, the cutting blades on the cutter disc are arranged in a plane direction, with the cutting edges facing upwards. The distance between the cutting edges is the required cutting length. An inclined pressure wheel is used to feed the tow into the cutter disc, and the cutter disc rotates to cut the tow into the required cutting length in a rolling manner.
