When you think of a perfect blend of sweet,spicy, salty and sour elements together
creating a fusion of flavours,then you must
try this recipe.My version of thai crispy fish with tamarind sauce (pla rad prik )
Some of the authentic spices and ingredients of this recipe is not available in my arab kitchen so I mix it with arab spices.If you want to copy mine here's the ingredients:
For the fish
*Rub the fish with fish masala, coriander powder,black pepper ( salt optional)
(The sauce is salty enough to give the fish a flavor)
For the sauce
*Garlic minced 5cloves
*Bell pepper green, yellow, red
*Coriander leaves 1/4cup chopped
*Red Chilli(8 to 10pcs)chopped
*fish sauce 2tbsp
*Salt
*Sugar 1/2 cup
*Tamarind Paste 300grams
*Water 2 1/2 cups
*Sesame oil 3tbsp
*Vegetable oil for frying
