I just got my Nikon D500 today (4/21/16) and while verifying that it does 29min59sec of record time in 4K I discovered that it also adds a crop factor of 1.5X times. That means it adds another 1.5X on top of the 1.5X DX sensor.

Is this a big deal or not a big deal? If you're looking to do wide angle 4K video this could be an inconvenience. If you're looking to shoot video of things at a distance then this is an added bonus.
