When we sleep, especially on our side, we tend to round the shoulders stretching the lats even more and causing weakness. With the combination of release and good posture during sleep as well as sitting, you can fix this pain fast.

Your lats (latissimus dorsi) are the largest muscle in the upper body. And When overactive, it can cause many postural deviations and result in chronic pain.
