- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 cup ricotta
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 1/4 cups SEMOLINA flour
-1 tsp orange blossom water

- 1 lemon
- 2 tsp vanilla
