A lot of lags in this video are from a windows movie maker bug and not from runescape!
To log out in the fight caves you need to press the logout button once. Then it will say that if you press the logout button again after the wave is finished, your progress is saved. When you press logout before the wave had ended, you will got out of the cave and not receive any tokkul.
When you log back in again after logging out correctly, you will end up in the center of the fight caves and the next wave will begin in a couple of seconds.
