I have used black measuring cups and spoons
1. How to roast Makhana:-
In a pan or kadai add 3 tbsp ghee and 100 gms of Makhana and roast them on very low heat...keep stirring them in between..it might take between 10-15 minutes...to check if they are roasted properly just take one Makhana in hand and crush it ...if it breaks nicely with a crunching sound that means they are done.

100gm makhana( foxnuts)
3 tbsp ghee
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp amchur powder
1/2 tsp jeera powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp haldi powder
