Lasaniya Khatta Dhokla Premix:
Ingredients:
1 Cup - Chana Dal
1 Cup - Small Rice
1/2 Cup - Sooj
1/2 Cup - Poha
2 tbsp - Kashmiri Chilli Powder
Method :
Mix above thing Properly and Grind Coarsely
Store in Jar
Optional - 2 tbsp - Garlic Powder
We can use Fresh Garlic .
if u want to preserve it for a longer time then keep in Fridge
DHOKLA :
Ingredients:
2 Cup - Above Premix
1 Cup - Water
1 Cup - Curd
Method :
Mix above things and Mix Properly and Rest for 6-7 hours and Instant Keep for 3-4 Hours . keep Batter for Warm Place
Mix Properly
2 tbsp - Oil
1/4 Cup - Powder Sugar
1/2 tsp - Hing
Salt to taste
2 tbsp - Crushed Garlic
Method :
Mix above things properly and Make 2 Part
Add 1/2 tsp - Eno and Little Water and Mix Properly and Grease the Plate With Oil and Put Batter and Sprinkle Red Chilli Powder , Coriander leaves chopped and Steam for 15-20 min ,
Apply oil and cut and Serve
