If the chapter is NOT working for you, here are some tips:
- The first speed zone gate you pass IS NOT THE ONE YOU NEED, just ignore it. A lot of people see speed zone not activating after passing it and keep restarting. Just keep going until you reach Cordillera speed zone and chapter will do just fine.
- As shown in the video - you can ignore the road to required speed zone and go straight there, and it'll work.
- If it still doesn't work - fully restart your game and device (if on Xbox - make sure press Menu button on the dashboard and select Quit). This solves all issues in 99% of cases.
