We all know how hard it is sometimes to form this country. We all know that Austria may vote no to the referendum, we know that Czechoslovakia may want to be a protectorate (god forbid when the Germans want the Sudetenland), we know that Romania may say no when we demand Transylvania. Not to mention the funny mustache man peeking at you from the north. This meme is for all those who know the struggle, for those who know how blasted annoying it is to form this country. I myself have had many restarts when trying to get the achievement.

For those who don't understand what this thing is: Its a HOI4 meme where you FINALLY get the feeling of forming Austria-Hungary, against all the odds, and against all the baggage of difficulty and annoyance.

May I say that god this meme is late, but I thought it would work well.
