Low Carb Chocolate Mousse Ingredients:
1 ½ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa
3 tbsp Swerve

Directions:
Place beaters in freezer.
Pour heavy whipping cream in bowl.
Remove beaters from freezer.
Beat heavy whipping cream for 3-5 minutes.
Add vanilla extract. Whip for another minute.
Add cocoa and swerve. Whip another 2-3 minutes.
Serve!!!
(Ok - we are suppose to set for 12 hours but it is just TOO GOOD!)
