If you hate regular frosting and icing, this is the video for you! In this video, I will show you a super simple and fast way to make stabilized whipped cream to frost or decorate your cakes and cupcakes!

Makes enough for 30+ cupcakes or a 3 tier 9 inch cake
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups (1 quart) heavy whipping cream
1 (3.4 oz) packet of any instant pudding from Jello (I use French Vanilla or Cheesecake flavor)
Powdered sugar - start with 2 Tbsp then add more if you like it more sweet
2 Tsp Vanilla extract
Steps:
- Freeze mixing bowl and whisk for 30 minutes
- Combine heavy cream and pudding mix, whip on low using an electric mixer
- Once foamy, add in the vanilla extract and powdered sugar, to taste
- Whip until thickened and form a peak like the thumbnail picture
- If it’s too thick, add 1 teaspoon of milk at a time then mix on low.
