While on my road trip from Fort Lauderdale to Denver, I stopped in New Orleans. While in Nola, I went to visit the Lower 9th Ward, the area most effected by the aftermath of Hurrican Katrina in 2005. As I drove the the neighborhood to see if there has been a development since my last visit in 2010, I discovered the "9th Ward Living Museum" here's the beginning of my discovery...
