I have been looking for an affordable chamber vacuum sealer and finally found one. I was able to get Vevor to send me one of their 12 inch machines to test and after a week I am totally impressed how good it works and the quality of the sample. Be careful with butternut squash though. I show what can happen if you seal it with the wrong settings. This also has the seal bar at the rear where it is out of the way and easy to align. It will be used on my channel for long term testing.
