The increasing complexity of global trade highlights the need for businesses to have access to the right information at their fingertips; both businesses and their legal and customs advisers must have proper access to international law and materials, particularly with the proliferation of Preferential or Free Trade Agreements (FTAs). Improving access to published international law allows businesses to better understand how to get the most out of FTAs covering their jurisdiction, particularly as these treaties have been created specifically to benefit them.
