Contrary to popular belief, "Don't chew your food very much!" is actually logical if you use a wet grinder to prepare your food first. Now there's no reason to ask, "how many times should I chew my food?" because I'll tell you in this video! Probably no more than 10 times is good. Some people think you should chew your food until completely masticated, like 50 or 100 times per mouthfu! If you don't have a wet grinder, that may be smart. If you do have a wet grinder, six chews is fine! Now you don't need to know how long to chew your food. Just buy a wet grinder on Amazon.
