Carolina gold sauce is a Mustard based sauce and it is extremely delicious. If you make this it will be a hit at your next barbecue. The recipe and directions to make are down below.

Ingredients for Carolina Gold Sauce:

3/4 Cup Yellow Mustard
1/2 Cup Honey
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp. Ketchup
2 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp. Salt
A Good Pinch of Cayenne Pepper (Make it as hot or mild as you like)
1-3 Dashes of Hot Sauce

Instructions:
Add all ingredients in a large bowl and whisk them all together.
Pour the mixture into a small pot and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
After it has simmered pour it into a glass jar and cover.
Put it into your refrigerator for a day or two to let all of those flavors marry together and this is how you make our version of Pure Carolina Gold Sauce.
To serve, warm it up in a small pot and enjoy!!!
