While I was in Switzerland, of course, I was given the chance to ride the famous Stadler FLIRT RABe 523 which is well known from Rivet Games' route S-Bahn Zentralschweiz Luzern-Sursee. I couldn't resist comparing the sounds of this to its real-life counterpart. Although the sounds are not perfect, they are still a solid resemblance of what they should sound like. I think the issue is that the traction motors fade out too soon so you hear nothing but wind after a certain point. The traction motors should still be able to be heard until you are getting closer to speed. Other than that, it is definitely Rivet's best-sounding train. Hopefully, if they make another Swiss route in the future and use this train, they are able to give this train some minor sound upgrades to make it sound more like its real-life counterpart. But what do you guys think? Do you think they did a good job? Let me know down in the comments and thanks for watching!
