О чем это видео:
Упражнение для Акселя. Часть 3 / Exercise for Axl. Part 3
In the previous videos we have analyzed the transition from the right leg to the left leg and the moment of body rotation directly at the exit to our Axel.
In this video I want to talk to you about the transition from the left leg to the right leg directly after the breakaway.
How we should lift the hip and knee.
Unfortunately, figure skating is a very young sport and many athletes jump by twisting, by sharpness, by jumping under themselves and unfortunately, naturally, when the puberty period comes, the weight will start to grow and it will be impossible to jump by such technique, i.e. the twisting will disappear and it will be impossible to jump by such technique, unfortunately, triple Axels.
We all want to jump triple Axels, that's why I want to tell you the correct technique of Axel.
So, in order to jump Axel after you have turned yourself with your body, you should not have your right leg under you, but you should help yourself with your right leg, so that it participates in the process of gaining height.
As you may notice, I pull my shoulders back behind me and pull myself up with my right hip and right knee.
I have taken these miniature hockey dividing boards to show you, I hope that you also have such things on your rink, which can help you directly on the ice and after that I will show one more exercise for those athletes who do not have such things on their rinks.
Accordingly, we stand a little bit away from this board, so that we can also calculate our jump execution tempo, calculate the body rotation, which we analyzed in the previous videos.
accordingly, we do a three on the side, one run, start counting: one-two-three.
Why do we need to follow here?
The Axel swing is not in a straight line, not with the toe in a straight line. Mach in Axel goes sideways to the side, that is accordingly here we enter, we go first to the gate of the enclosure and here we have Axel must go sideways.
we should not have Mach in a straight line. I don't know, as if we were kicking someone and here we make sure that our swing goes not just with the right leg, the right thigh remained inside, but we try to pull ourselves upwards from the thigh.
Let's take a look with you one more time.
Stand up, do a three, one run, start counting: one-two-three.
Please pay attention. What, I land where I jump. I have a minimum span, I land right behind this board, because we try to jump from point A to point B in all jumps. If you want to increase the length of your jumps to get more gui for them, you just have to gain more speed. All the work we do is on body rotation and height gain.
In order to feel the right transition from the left leg to the right leg you should also do these exercises and continue them after landing in the back Screw, so that you landed clearly and stayed above the right leg, slowly start to gain speed.
When you also do this exercise with single Axel, you can also do it with double Axel if you are preparing for triple Axel, only in this case you will not land in the back Screw, but in Twizzle.
Yes, because many people, when coaches tell them to do a triple or double jump, for example, they literally understand it and start to land and rotate into the back screw.
Even though we need to land and do that backscrew into the follow-through
So it's kind of like we're doing a rear Twizzle.
Come on, now I'll show you the second exercise for those athletes who don't have these soft boards on the rink. Everyone has a wicket, and probably just a small height difference.
Well, I hope that you have rubber behind the board so that we do not make a straight line swing, I stand a little bit to the side of the wicket, so that I would have a roll, a transition through the fourth position, which I talked about in my first video.
so we roll up from here and try to come out again with a little bit of backspin into the backspin.
Now when I jumped, I went a little bit around the corner here so that we follow the trajectory of the jump.
Stand with your back to the jump, about a meter and a half away from the board, so that we have a place to roll, not in front of the wicket...
