In this video I take you through the full end to end process from making the dough including the full recipe, to proofing it to cooking it in my Ooni Koda 16. I explain each step in detail, tell you how and why I’m doing it. I explain what temperature I use on my Ooni Koda 16 and how I avoid mistakes or problems launching the pizza from the peel.
I also talk about the ingredients I use like Caputo flour and yeast, Mutti tomatoes. I also talk through the products I’m using like different spatulas, cutters, peels etc.
