Recipe -

1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Soy Milk
1 Banana
2/3 cup Oatmeal
2/3 cup Frozen Blue Berries
2/3 cup Frozen Kale
2/3 cup Edamame Soy Beans
- (Can substitute with almonds or cashew nuts)
3 tbsp of low-fat cottage cheese
