"Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron, and I help people expand their consciousness. Now, in this video, I'll be sharing with you a technique for increasing your magnetic ability. Now with this, understand that this ... And what I mean by magnetic ability is your ability to have a very magnetic-type personality, to really embody emotions that are contagious and emotions that help you perceive of things that you actually prefer. Now, realize that whatever we focus on in our life, that will grow. If we focus on a certain type of outcome, if we focus on a certain characteristic, we will constantly see more of this. Now, you may have recognized this if there's a certain car that you want, and you look around, and you end up seeing that you keep coming across the same type of car, or many different things and examples of how that can happen.

"Understand that the way our RAS works, the reticular activating system of our brain, whatever we focus on will grow, which means that if you are focused on certain perspectives, those will cause certain emotions, and that will build up with inside you. Now, understanding our magnetic ability and the technique that I'm going to share with you is understanding that our emotions create that kind of ability. Our emotions create that magnetism. When we are feeling certain emotions, we are more likely to perceive of certain type of outcomes from that. Like I always say, "We don't necessarily attract that which we want, but we always get a reflection of who we are being." If we are in a magnetic-type state, we have much more power and ability through the action that we take to get the kind of results that we want.

"Now, also understand there is something called the law of state transference. Now, what this means is that whatever you feel in your body will go on and project onto someone else, and that person is likely to feel that off of you. Now, if you cultivate positive emotion, if you cultivate that magnetism, what will happen is other people will begin to feel that off of you, and that will be something that's very contagious. The technique that I have for you has to do with as you go throughout your day understand that as you focus on certain characteristics, you will start to program them inside of you to look for them. What happens is is as you use your thoughts and you are looking for those things, you will cultivate more and more of that emotion.

"Now, the easiest one I have for you is understanding that you can focus on gratitude. Gratitude has something about the feeling of it that is very powerful, that makes it so that if you feel gratitude, it's very hard to feel the negative emotions. In a way, it keeps you higher up on that vibrational scale. It keeps you feeling more of a love-type energy versus feeling the lower vibrational energies of shame, fear, or guilt, anger. You can't feel those and gratitude at the same time. Understand that when you condition yourself to feel that gratitude, that will allow you to be more magnetic and also will be creating that kind of momentum.

"Now to do this, all you simply have to do is when you wake up in the morning, and throughout your day, have an intention to focus on things that you're grateful for. Focus on things that you want to create, and what you do is as you go throughout your day, you simply look for those kinds of experiences. Now, an example of that could be if you want to create more abundance in your life, what you could do is go throughout your day and be grateful for the things that you already have. You set the intention in the morning, and when you get into your car you feel a gratitude for having the ability to drive anywhere that you want. If you have a job, you could see that you'd feel gratitude for having a job or that opportunity, whatever that is.

"As you go throughout your day, and you talk to other people, you recognize that you can be grateful for having certain people in your life. Even if you come across someone that you don't prefer to be around, you can be grateful that you can choose to go in a different direction, you can choose that that doesn't have to have power over your own state of being. You see, this kind of perspective and creating this kind of pattern recognition will allow you to embody more and more of the feeling of gratitude, which will change just about everything.
