It's our first visit to Morelia Michoacan and it turns out the Festival Internacional de Cine de Morelia 2022 is happening!! It's our first ever film festival experience and it was full of surprises. The Morelia film festival invites the biggest filmmakers in Mexico and around the world like Alejandro Iñárritu, Guillermo del Toro, Al Gore, and more. We were lucky to catch glimpses of famous actors, producers and directors we admire! We attended screenings for The Woman King by Gina Prince-Bythewood and If Beale Street Could Talk by Barry Jenkins and got to listen to them both speak LIVE!
