WATCH: I made this video about how I would like you to approach this community project.
MAKE: Get some paper, scissors, and clear tape. Try to get as many people you are living with to join you in making this project!
Preschool:
Draw, cut out, and tape at least 6 hearts on your windows at home. Try to have the hearts different sizes and colors, if possible.
Kindergarten and higher
1. Find and collect different colors of paper, scissors, and tape around your house. (If you do not have scissors or tape, then adapt your project like I mentioned in the video.)
2. Plan a design according to the paper you have available. You are strongly encouraged to sketch out this design.
3. Cut out the hearts needed for your design.
4. Tape your paper hearts to the window to create the design you planned out.
CHALLENGE OPTIONS:
A. Add decorations, names, and/or drawings on your hearts
B. Create another design for another window.
C. Create a design that uses multiple windows.
