POTATOES
Toss in some powdered garlic, powdered onion, nutritional yeast or whatever you please
Baked at about 180˚C (355F)
CHEESE
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
1 red capsicum
1 tbsp miso (or just add anything else salty to your own taste)
Pinch of turmeric
3/4 cup nooch
165g silken tofu
Cook the onion, garlic and capsicum
Blend/process with everything else until smooth
SEED CHEESE
1/2 cup soaked sunflower seeds (you could use cashews or any other nut or seed)
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried dill (or any other herbs)
2 tsp miso (or anything else salty)
1/4 cup plant milk
1/2 tbsp lemon (forgot to put that in the video)
2 tbsp nooch
Some fresh parsley
Blend everything together except for the fresh parsley until it's as smooth as you like
Mix in the parsley
Save some cheese for toast and for putting on every meal
MUSHROOM GRAVY
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
Mushrooms (we used about 8 small button mushies)
2 cups veggie stock
A pinch (or more) of fresh sage
2 tbsp nooch
2 tbsp flour
1/4 cup plant milk
Cook the onion and garlic (add enough water to cook)
Cook the mushrooms
Add the stock
Add the sage and nooch
Mix the flour and milk together in a separate bowl
Add that bad boy
Cook on a low-medium to reduce and allow it to thicken
Pile everything together with some fresh toppings and enjoy the messy nacho-poutine-hybrid thing!
