Will travels to the source – the village of Camembert in northern France – and the dairy of Monsieur Durand, the last farmhouse Camembert producer in the Normandy region. Next stop is the cooperative of Isigny St Mere, one of the country’s most respected producers of traditional raw milk Camembert. Will explains the difference between Camembert and its ancient cousin, Brie, and visits the Paris cheese shop of Roland Barthelemy, who supplies the Elysee Palace.
