The genesis for the project came after a disappointing Google search for the 10 most beautiful streets in London. What did I find? Over a dozen blogs listing a bunch of unconvincing and mostly unimpressive "Instagrammable" streets from various tourists who simply don't know the city like a local does. Having lived and breathed London for 10 years across multiple bases (flats, jobs and... well, ex-girlfriends' flats) I feel a responsibility to show the world where the beauty really lies in the UK's capital.
The plan is as follows: upload 100 or more walks of streets which I feel belong on the list in no particular order. After this comes the challenge where I assemble them in order and present the list to the world.
Having sunk some serious hours in already, I have a shortlist of just over 100 streets for consideration. I must stress, if you have suggestions for streets you'd like to see then please discuss in the comments below. I respond to almost all comments! I will take likes/dislikes as a form of feedback as well, of course. Plus if you have friends and family who love London, by all means share the videos! I could use all the feedback I can get. :)

For those unfamiliar with the term, a mews is a British word for a row of stables with living quarters above them - a somewhat vestigial throwback to the era of horse-drawn carriages. As such, they tend to be situated in affluent areas.
Holland Park Mews is no exception, located just outside the park of the same name at the southwestern corner of Notting Hill, W11. We walk it starting from the east end and finish by passing through a Grade II listed arch on the west end, which was built in 1862.
Notable former residents include actor Ian Holm of Alien & Lord of the Rings fame.
Filmed: June 2020

Filmed on a Sony FDR-AX700 with a Zhiyun Crane 2 and a Rode Videomicro.
