If so, this hypnosis meditation is for you. It will help you relax and focus on a positive aspect of your life that makes you feel safe and secure—like a warm blanket or a favorite stuffed animal—and then slowly bring your mind back to reality.

As soon as you start listening, there will be a relaxing soundscape of chimes and bells. You'll hear my voice guiding you through the process, helping you relax with each breath until your body feels heavy and still. Then I'll guide your thoughts toward something calming and peaceful in your life—like the water in the ocean or petting your cat—and invite that feeling into your body. After that, I'll take you on a trip down memory lane: remembering all of the times when things have gone well for you, from childhood through adulthood (if possible). Finally, we'll return from this journey back into reality with one last breath together before concluding our session together.

Your mind is at peace. You are completely relaxed.

You are safe, and you are secure.

The pope is not here. He cannot get to you. You are in a safe place, where nothing can hurt you.

All you have to do is listen to my voice and follow my instructions. You will be able to respond only when I tell you it's okay to do so, and you will be able to stop responding at any time if something feels wrong for you or if there's anything that happens that makes you uncomfortable.

I will guide you through some breathing exercises now so that we can relax even more deeply as we continue on our journey together. Take a deep breath in through your nose, then let it out through your mouth slowly, feeling all of the tension leaving your body with each breath out until there is nothing left but calmness within you and all around around us both right now today this moment right here right now this place today tomorrow yesterday yesterday tomorrow forever evermore forevermore all the time always every day every single day every hour every minute every second every millisecond every nanosecond every microsecond
