Salisbury was finally declared Novichok-free by authorities today nearly a year after the attack on Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia.
But police said the investigation into their poisoning and that of Charlie Rowley and Dawn Sturgess - who died - is not over.
And speaking to ITV News, Mr Rowley says he's still searching for justice.
