INGREDIENTS TO SEASON THE RICE
2 cup Rice
3 tbsp. Sweet soy sauce
2 tbsp. Oster sauce
3 Tbsp. chief chine sauce
2 Tbsps. Ginger
11/2 Table spoon Garlic
2 tbsp. Chine five spice powder
2 tbsp. chicken bouillon
1/2 Tsp creole seasoning
1/2 tsp, black pepper
Green Seasoning (optional)
Frying the rice
4 Tbsp. Oil
1 medium dice onion
1/2 cup celery
1/2 green onions
Wash rice until it water runs clear, drain all excess water, add all the ingredients from the list above to the rice and mixed well.
In a pot over medium-high heat add Oil, onion , green onion and celery fry together for about 3 minutes add rice and continue to fry-up the rice for 4-5 minutes, then add two cups of water and one Tbsp. of Sugar. adjust the seasoning to likeness cover the rice on low heat and steam until the rice is cooked yet loose.
remove rice from pot and allow to cool. and add some green onions.
Extra vegetable ingredients
3 table spoon sesame oil
1/2 cup onion
1 cup corm
1 cup green peas and carrot
1 cup bell peppers
1/2 green onions
1/2 Complete seasoning
1tbsp. ginger
Fry all the vegetables with sesame oil in hot wok for about 2 minutes add rice and continue to fry everything up for about 3 minutes and removed from pan garnish with some shredded cabbage and serve.
