This is a speedrun of me getting the Footrace with Koopa the Quick star in 21 seconds. I make use of the jump kick on slopes, which can be done while holding A then tapping B. This is useful when doing a speedrun of footrace with Koopa the Quick.
I also do wall-kicks up to the teleport spot.
Koopa the Quick takes ages to get to the top. A star appear as soon as Koopa reach the flag and talks to Mario.
