Dry Ingredients
3 1/2 cups of oats flour
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
1 tbsp baking powder
Add 1 1/2 cups of chopped dates
Wet Ingredients
1 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup of coconut oil or melted butter
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Add 2-3 ripen bananas
Mix dried and wet ingredients together and mix well
In a loaf pan, line with parchment paper
Bake in a 350 degree oven turn off 30-35 minutes and leave bread in the heat of the oven. Until oven is cool. Or cook it and do the toothpick check. Until it comes out clean.
