WHAT I EAT IN A DAY! You have all be asking for this video for some time now, and here it is! My diet is always evolving but it’s been pretty similar to this for some time now. You’ll see that I eat a LOT of organ meats every day when I’ve got them, and that I eat them raw. I’ve found this is the easiest thing for me but it’s certainly not required. It’s totally ok to cook the organ meats, make liver jerky, or eat the organs in a desiccated supplement. Regardless of how you do it, including organ meats in your diet and eating nose-to-tail within any dietary framework (paleo, kept, carnivore, heck even vegan 😝) will undoubtedly improve your overall nutrition and performance. Don’t believe me? Just look at the number of incredible nutrients and peptides found in the organ meats and I think you may change your mind. You’ll also notice that there is honey in this video! If you’ve seen my instagram stories you’ll know that I am wearing a CGM (continuous glucose monitor) right now and have been experimenting with bringing some carbohydrates back into my diet. I’ll do a whole podcast episode about the CGM results with various ways of eating (Tier 5 Carnivore- check out my book The Carnivore Code if you don’t know what this is!- vs including honey and other less toxic plant foods like fruit/starchy carbohydrates).
