लत बुरी चीज है... यह हम सभी जानते हैं। लत हमें तो नुकसान पहुंचाती है ही साथ-साथ परिवार और करीबियों को भी दुखों और परेशानियों के भंवर में खींच लेती हैै। शायद यही वजह है कि प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने भी हाल में 'ड्रग्स-फ्री इंडिया' कैंपेन की बात कही। मन में ठान लें और सही तरीके से कोशिश करें तो ऐसी किसी भी लत से छुटकारा पाया जा सकता है। कैसे, एक्सपर्ट्स से बात करके बता रही हैं प्रियंका सिंह :शराब, सिगरेट, ड्रग्स या गुटखा/खैनी का सेवन थोड़ी मात्रा में भी शरीर को नुकसान पहुंचाता है, लेकिन जब यह लत बन जाता है तो स्थिति काबू से बाहर होने लगती है। लत का मतलब है कि जिस चीज की लत है, वह जब तक न मिले, पीड़ित बेचैन और असामान्य रहता है। जब वह चीज उसे मिल जाए तो वह सामान्य लगने लगता है लेकिन असल में वह अंदर से बेहद कमजोर और बीमार हो चुका होता है।
लत के लक्षण
•घबराहट, बेचैनी, चिड़चिड़ापन •गुस्सा आना, मूड अचानक बदलना •तनाव और मानसिक थकावट •फैसला लेने में दिक्कत •याददाश्त कमजोर पड़ना •चीजों को लेकर कन्फ्यूजन होना •नींद न आना •सिर में तेज दर्द होना •शरीर में ऐंठन और मरोड़ होना •भूख कम लगना •धड़कन का बढ़ना •ज्यादा पसीना आना •बिना बीमारी के उल्टी-दस्त होना
लत लगने की वजह •अगर परिवार में कोई नशा करता है तो परिवार के दूसरे सदस्यों खासकर बच्चों में भी नशे की लत की आशंका होती है। •पैरंट्स को लत है तो बच्चों में ऐसे जीन्स होते हैं, जो उन्हें भी उस नशे की तरफ खींचते हैं। •एक्सपेरिमेंट और सेक्स की इच्छा बढ़ाने की कोशिश में भी लोग नशे की तरफ जाते हैं।
•घर में कलह रहती है तो लोगों के किसी नशे का सहारा लेने की आदत पड़ सकती है। •खास मौके, जैसे कि फैमिली फंक्शन, फेस्टिवल, कोई खुशी का मौका आदि में कभी-कभी शराब लेने की बात करने वाले लोग धीरे-धीरे नशे के करीब आ सकते हैं।
नशा करने के नुकसान
•परिवार में कलह होनी शुरू हो सकती है और आपसी रिश्ते खराब हो जाते हैं। कई बार नशा तलाक की वजह बनता है। •पहले नशे की चीज और फिर इलाज पर पैसा भी फालतू खर्च होता है। •काम-धंधा छूट जाता है। पैसे की तंगी होने पर नशे का शिकार चोरी जैसे गैर-कानूनी काम भी करने लग सकता है।
