This recipe is loaded with super ingredients such as avocado, almond flour, Flax seeds and Chia seeds... Very healthy and nutritious and easy to make flat bread recipe. A great replacement to the regular wheat based rotis. Must try !!!
Other than avocado, flax and chia seeds contain a good amount of protein and omega-3 fats, although flax seeds have a slight upper hand when it comes to these two nutrients. Flax seeds also contain significantly more manganese, copper and potassium. Chia seeds contain slightly fewer calories and more fiber.
