As many of you are now aware Disney has changed their rules regarding DAS, their Disability access program. Many subscribers are commenting on my channel that they are being denied accessibility even though they have disabilities under the ADA. Disney has now instituted a screening process, where essentially cast members play doctor to determine whether your disability needs accommodations... as of now, the DAS live chat is only available in English, which would leave non English speaking guests unable to express themselves or engage in the Disney video chat to explain their need of accommodations...
